BIT502 Application

BIT502 is an apprentice-style program in which you will work for a participating employer for 2 years while also pursuing a 2-year degree in Computer Information Technology with JCTC. You will work alongside technology teams learning practical, hands-on skills while earning a relevant degree.

This application will be used to determine interest and fit for the program. Please complete this application by March 1, 2024 to be considered for the Fall 2024 semester (August 2024).

One of the commitments of participating in the BIT502 program is employment at one of the sponsoring companies. If accepted into the program you agree to be employed by one of the sponsoring companies. I understand that there are a limited number of available openings in the BIT502 program, and I am not guaranteed acceptance into the program nor employment at a sponsoring company by completing this application. I grant permission to share the contents of this application as well as any other documents, media, or information submitted to BIT502 with sponsoring companies/organizations. I understand that by submitting this application I am waiving my rights of nondisclosure of this information under federal law to BIT502, Jefferson Community Technical College, KentuckianaWorks, and company sponsors. In participating in BIT502, you recognize additional commitments outside of work or school may be required where you will be acting as a program ambassador or contributing to community service projects.
